CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP

This Cream of Mushroom Soup is Originated In United States of America,

Which is fully made of Cream and Mushroom.


Lets Jump into the Recipe


INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:


STAGE - 1


SOUP BASE:

1] Mushroom - 90 / 150 Grams

2] Onion - 1

3] Garlic - 3 cloves

4] Butter - 1/2 Teaspoon

5] Oil - 2 Tablespoon

6] Combination of Herbs like,

Thyme, Marjoram, Sage, Basil and Oregano - 1 Teaspoon

7] Salt - Required



STAGE - 2


1] Onion - 1

2] Butter - 1 Teaspoon

3] Oil - 2 Tablespoon

4] Mushroom- 60 / 150 Grams

5] All Purpose Flour - 1 Teaspoon

6] Red Wine - 200 ml

7] Full Cream Milk - 250 ml

8] Water - 150 ml

9] Soup Base

10] Mixed Herbs - 1 Tablespoon

11] Pepper - 1 Teaspoon

12] Full Cream - 250 ml

13] Salt - Required






METHOD OF PREPARATION:


STAGE - 1


TO PREPARE THE BASE OF SOUP:


1] On the Stove and Heat the Pan


2] Add 1/2 - 1 Teaspoon of Butter with 2 Tablespoons of Oil.

By Adding the oil, it Prevents the Butter from Burning.


3] Add 1 Medium Size Chopped Onion.


4] Add 3 Cloves of Minced Garlic.

Also You can Substitute with 1/2 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder or Garlic flakes.


5] Saute well in the Medium Heat, until they become Soft and Translucent .


6] Add 90 / 150 grams of Mushroom. For This Recipe i'ave used 150 grams of Mushroom,

But for this Stage 1 i'ave used 90 Grams out of 150 Grams.

In This Recipe i have used Button Mushroom. But You Can also use Combination of Cremini Mushroom and Button Mushroom.


7] Saute Well in the Medium Heat, Until they Shrink.


8] Finally Add up Some Combination of Herbs like Thyme, Basil, Marjoram, Sage and Oregano with Required Salt.


9] Once it is Done,Off the Flame and Cool Down the Mixture.

Transfer the Mixture into a Mixer Jar and Grind them.


YES, The Soup Base is Ready.



STAGE - 2


PREPARATION OF THE SOUP


1] On the Stove and Heat the Kadai


2] Add 1 Tablespoon of Butter with 2 Tablespoon of Oil.


3] Add 1 Chopped Onion.

Saute well in the Medium Flame, Until they Become Soft and Translucent.


4] Add 60 / 150 grams of Mushroom.

Saute well in the Medium Flame. Do not want to add any Water.

As We Know, Mushrooms Have a Ton of Water in them. The Water will Seep out, When you Saute well.


5] Add 1 Teaspoon of All- Purpose Flour.

Flour helps to Thicken up the Soup. It is also used for the Floury flavour.


6] Now it Time to Add Red Wine .

You can also Substitute with Vegetable Stock/Broth.


METHOD OF MAKING VEGETABLE BROTH:

1] Carrot, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Celery, Mushrooms, Onions are

the Ideal Starter Vegetables for the Stock/ Broth.


2] Add These Vegetables in the Hot Water and Boil them until it Reduces its level.

It Takes Approximately 30 - 45 mins.


7] Add 250 ml Full Cream Milk.


8] Add Some Water to Dilute the Texture.


9] Add up the Combination of Herbs Like Thyme, Sage, Marjoram, Basil and Oregano.


10] Add 1 Teaspoon of Pepper and Salt.


11] Finally Add 250 ml of Full Cream for the Richness of Soup.


YES, THE CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP IS READY.
