The Spicy and Saucy Gobi Manchurian

Gobi Manchurian is an Indo - Chinese Dish.
It Was Found by Chinese citizens who lived in India Since the British Rule.
Let us Jump into the Recipe:
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:
It consist Two- Stage Preparation.
STAGE - 1
FOR THE GOBI FRY:
1] All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 Cup
2] Corn Starch/ Corn Flour - 1 and half cups
3] Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1 Tablespoon
4] Pepper - 1 Teaspoon
5] Salt - Required
6] Cauliflower - 400 grams
STAGE - 2
FOR THE MANCHURIAN SAUCE:
1] Onion - 1
2] Ginger and Garlic Paste - 3/4 Teaspoon
3] Capsicum/ Bell pepper - 1
4] Spring Onion
5] Coriander Leaves
6] Tomato Sauce - 1 Tablespoon
7] Chilli Sauce - 1 Teaspoon
8] Soy Sauce - 1 Teaspoon
9] Green Chilli Sauce -1 Teaspoon [ optional ]
10] Pepper - 1 Teaspoon
11] Salt - Required
12] Fried Gobi
PREPARATION:
STAGE - 1
FOR THE GOBI FRY:
1] Take 400 grams of Cauliflower.
2] Cut into small Florets
3] Wash the Florets and soak the Cauliflower Florets in Hot Water for 10 mins
5] No w you have to Prepare the Batter. and Coat the Cauliflower florets with 2 Tablespoons of Maida.
5] Now you have to Prepare the Batter.
6] For making the batter Add 1 cup of All Purpose Flour or Maida
7] Add 1 and half cups of Corn Starch/Corn Flour
8] Add 1 Tablespoon of Kashmiri Chilli Powder
9] Add 1 Teaspoon of Pepper
10] Add Salt Required.
11] Mix the Ingredients with Water.
12] Marinate the Cauliflower Florets into the Batter.
13] Double Fry the Florets in the Oil. Make sure to keep the Flame in Medium - High.
And Thats It For The Gobi FRY.
Now Lets Jump into the Stage - 2
STAGE - 2
FOR THE MANCHURIAN SAUCE:
1] On the Stove and Heat the Pan.
2] Pour 2 Tablespoons Of Oil
3] Add Onion, Spring onion,Ginger and Garlic.
4] Saute well
5] Add 1 Bell pepper [ Capsicum] and Saute Well.
6] Add 1 Tablespoon of Tomato Sauce
7] Add 1 Teaspoon of Chilli Sauce
8] Add 1 Teaspoon of Soy Sauce
9] Add 1 Teaspoon of Green chilli Sauce [optional]
10] Saute well for 30sec
11] Add 1 cup of Water
12] Boil For 2 mins.
13] Add 1 Teaspoon of Corn flour mix
14] Stir for 1min
15] Turns Glossy
16] Add Salt Required
17] Add 1 Teaspoon of Sugar to Enhance the Dish
18] Add 1 Teaspoon Of Pepper
19] Now Add the Fried Gobi into the Manchurian Sauce,and Mix up
20] Finally Sprinkle with Spring Onion or Coriander Leaves.
